I suggest adding if you can join the Ventrilo Server... It's easier to pk, even if they don't have a mic you can still lead the team easier.

Also, your app form is very sloppy and unorganized. If you're a serious clan I really suggest fixing it up and using proper grammar to make it look more professional. Try adding some color aswell...
